Strange text box on screen

Anyone know what this is in the top left of the screen, it appears randomly and when it does I can't use my keys in game and i have to restart the game, also in some games like warframe my screen just goes black.

Malware? I'd be doing a scan anyway.

It might just be the floating language bar though in which case you should check your computer set locality in the control panel

My local is English UK so why is it in chinese?

As stated above it could be some form of Malware - I would be running a full scan with Malwarebytes.

Check ya startup items: Start run CMD msconfig.

Could be a keybord mouse software update or issue i dont see your stats posted.
