Strange Texture Problem

Yo,

Noticed this on my previous 6800GT and its still present on my 8800GTX.

Anyone know how to get rid of it?

I'm running on 1680x1050 and max details on everything.

Also running on 3dGuru 97.28 Drivers as the latest nvidia ones crash my system :Z

It also appears in Flight Sim X demo.

You can notice the big texture blocks on the far bank, look really ugly.

Strange because I am seeing this in Oblivion as well, but only close up and only on textures in caves. Using BFG8800GTX as well. I assumed it's a driver problem as Oblivion already has the sky glitching with the 8800 series, but if you are seeing on your old card (I never saw this on my old 6800 Ultra)...

Thats normal, as that is Oblivion, it is how it looks, if you want it to look better, then you have to mod it with the LOD texture replacement packs mods so you can make it look like this.

Not sure about that as ive never played Flight Sim X.

Looks like that, hmm the texture problem seems to have dissapeared, oh well.

Do you know where to get that driver cleaner? The one ppl use prior to installing new graphic drivers?
