I'm getting a strange effect that doesn't show up in screenshots or fraps vid captures, it tends to happen during medium to fast speed panning shots and it's like offset lines about 1/3 the way down the screen all the way across, kind of like a choppy effect.
This only happens when I'm watching a video, either youtube or film/TV show in a media player, during gaming this problem never occurs.
I've tried a few things and I can't get rid of it, any ideas? sorry I can't be more specific or provide any screenshots/vids.
