Hi, I have decided as it's the new years (along with 90% of the nation) to get back in shape, anyway 2.5 years ago before I met my GF I was in very good shape I think I was around 13.5 stone and 10% body fat iirc going to the gym religiously 4 times a week and felling great.
Now 2.5 year later and 4 stone
heavier (mucho takeways and nights in/nights out etc...) I have decided enough is enough and started to go gym again this week. Now I weighed my self on sun at 17.8 on two diffrent sets of scales and today I weighed my self on the same sets @ 17.9-5 so in a week I have put a pound and a half on??
Now I have been eating less than usual and much more healthily e.g:
Brown pasta or brown pita with grilled chicked
brown pasta with tuna
Porridge for breakfast
etc.. basicaly what I was eating to train before just with slightly less calories andonly drinking water tho quite a lot.
The gym this week I did 30-40 mins cardio each day I went plus:
Mon Sholders and legs
Tues cardio
Wed Back and Biceps
Thurs Chest and Triceps
Can anyone give me an Idea as to where that extra pound and a half has come from? I doubt I had another pound and a half of food inside me either
