Strange Windows Problem

I installed PowerDVD on both my desktop (Vista 64bit) and on my HTPC (Vista 64Bit) and on both I have lost Windows Mail, Movie maker, Internet Explorer and Media Centre.

How do I get them back?

I can open the programs by searching for things like iexplore.exe

Are they not visible under "All Programs"?
Try typing "inter" into search and ie should be the first option.

Nope. That's what I would normally do to open internet explorer
