I bought this monitor last week from OcUK and I have to say it's a fantastic monitor. I am however having a strange issue with it in that as soon as I plug it into my 390X the memory clock of the 390X goes right up to 1500Mhz (game clock) and will not go down to idle clock.
It's causing the card to run a good 10 degrees warmer than without it too.
Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening? I have tried putting it down to 60Hz instead of 144Hz and also tried running it at 1080p instead of 1440p but neither changed anything.
Thanks for any help.
*edit* Global overdrive allows me to select and apply 150Mhz to the memory instead of 1500Mhz but I really don't feel like changing to 1500 and back again every time I play a game. Any other ideas or answers would be appreciated.
