Anyone else got red boxes instaed of pictures on yahoo.. using ie7 and all latest updates installed. Started happening last couple of days. Checked other machines on same network they are fine...

help!!!

First thing I'd do is clear cache then try a fresh install of IE.

Not hapenning to me by the way, on Firefox or IE.

Thanx for that... just noticed also that my machine is not showing up in network places although I can connect to the other three machines on network. they cant get me. Tried pinging em all everything ok can't ping me though by name or ip address..

Yeh done that... Should I set static Ip addresses or let it designate em.. Tried both just in case. Looks like a bigger problem than first thought. gives error message mshome network is not available but can access other machines on it.. I've turned off firewall at moment and disconnected from net to be on safe side.. Still same problem with network. Just released and renewed ip addresses. still no luck.

I take it they're all set to MSHOME workgroup right? Just going through all the basic stuff, sorry if it's a not helping

Yes all on mshome on all correctly named.. Worked faultlessly for years cant explain it.
