strangest ea support website problem.

i am experiencing the strangest problem. i can access the ea support website and log in fine to read all my queries on my laptop but not on my rig.

my rig is using win 7 pro 64bit and the laptop is vista 32bit

everything else is the same using chrome.

whenever i try and log in on my rig its like the page auto refreshes itself and never logs in but i cannot come to any explanation as to why its doing this.

anyone else encountered this problem? ive even just reinstalled windows to see if that was the issue.

What security software are you using? It may be blocking the page from downloading some data. Check any Antivirus, Malware Checkers (e.g. Spybot), and Firewall programs.

Also have you tried using either IE/Firefox/Opera to see if it is an issue with Chrome on your PC? I get issues logging on to some forums when I use Firefox, which is why I ask if you have tried other browsers.
