Stream from Windows 8 machine to Android

I have all my music on my main desktop and now that I have decent upload speed I'd like to be able to stream my music from my desktop to my Android phone.

I've looked into owncloud, but that doesn't have streaming by default and ampache is no longer supported.

Is there anything else I can get? Preferably free.

You can upload your music to Google Music for free and then stream it from their Android app.

Hmmm, might do. Are there any other decent ones that don't require uploading all my music?
