Stream PC Games from one PC to another PC

Hi again guys!

Just a quick one really, just wondering if there is anyway to stream from a PC to another PC, the main PC (with the games on) must do all the hard work, and the second PC must just relay it via the router really. The second PC is the PC that will have the controller connected too, not sure if its possible but i must be able to control the game using the second PC.

First PC specs:
i7 3770 CPU
MSI GTX 980 OC
16GB RAM

Second PC specs:
Celeron G1610 CPU
On Board GPU
8GB RAM

So yeah, is it even possible? If so what do i need?

Mainly steam and origin. I'd heard of something called Moonlight which uses the fe force experience but I'd rather not just install random things in hope it works.. Was hoping someone may have either a separate tool that they could recommend or give me an insight to how moonlight works
