Streaming 4k Mkv to Firestick 4k buffering problems

Firestick 4k wireless 57Mbps
PC - hardwired 340Mbps

using VLC for fire app it buffers streaming 4k mkv's from my PC HDD every 5 seconds.

Is this a bottleneck with the wireless firestick 4k ?

are there any other solutions ?

Could you have a weak WiFi signal?
