Well my Specs are in my Signature I'm using the free version of Xsplit I've set it to broadcast at 25FPS and 720p on Twitch TV which is all ok quality isn't bad considering it's free.
I also have the bitrate of the stream at 1500 which my 38Download speed and 7 upload speed seems to be able to handle. However I want to invest into a copy of Xsplit to stream whenever I play just for the hell of it however I can't due to my games stuttering whenever I stream, I have 60+ FPS when I stream dips sometimes below 60 however the game just feels Awful.
