Streaming from PC to 360.

Can any of you fellahs point me in the general direction of an idiots guide for this? I'm not exactly sure what I need.

EDIT: I should add that my PC is running XP Pro and is hardwired to my router, whilst my 360 is wirelessly connected.

Download and install windows media connect for XP SP2.
http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/pcsetup/alldownloads.htm

Load it up and on the settings section start folder sharing. You should now be able to see the videos, pictures and music from the 360.

you have to add the 360 as a trusted device first. it should automatiaclly find the 360 and prompt you for this

also if you have a lot of stuff on your hard drive or in the folder that your sharing it may take a while for it to share it all
