Streaming/Gaming/Video editing build

Hi Guys

my friend wants me to build him a pc for Streaming/Gaming/Video editing.
He will be streaming games on twitch and making youtube videos.
will be playing all different games

The Budget is £1500, but can run over a tad if need be he will also need windows .

colour theme is black and blue

He wants the case i listed below and has the power supply listed and r9 280x windforce edition. which are about the only salvageable parts from his old build, but feel free to change them if need be.

Take a look what i have so far , the water cooler has blue effect and the psu is fully modular. no gpu but does he plan on reusing the 280x.

Please don't run that system with a Corsair CX. They are not meant for high end gaming systems. You want a quality EVGA/SuperFower/Seasonic/XFX etc.

He should have gone for quad channel memory not dual channel and i would totally agree with Lee about the psu.
