Streaming HD Movies to 360 MCE

me too, didnt have to rename any files to be honest either. 95% of them work great wirelessly, have a couple though that require LAN to get them to stream perfect

The movies that I have are made of of many .ts files, eg FILENAME0001.ts FILENAME0002.ts FILENAME0003.ts etc.

Is there a prog that joins these files together?

I use HDTVtoMPEG to merge them all together. I then rename the outputted file as a .avi but as kidloco may well me right that you don't actually have to do that (in fact thinking about it, I seem to recall MCE rollout 2 patch fixed that)

Does anyone know how to stream files which are not supported, I read somewhere to use media encoder and then try to connect on the xbox by creating a notepad document with the link and the port number and rename it to a different file type. Cant remember the exact way to do it.....

Thanks for the replies. Have successfuly streamed a HD movie to my 360. A 'friend' says that Gladiator 1080i is awesome on a Sammy 37" LCD.

a.b.hdtv is my new best friend.
