Streaming Live video from a PC...

I'm sure there's a few 'video' experts around this forum so I'm asking for your help.

On a game say, Call of Duty 4; is it possible to watch a match and stream live relatively high quality video to a website?

What's the options available? Is there any dedicated software for doing such a thing? Direct stream from your computer (i presume a decent upload rate would be required) kinda stuff?

Any help appreciated, if i haven't explained my questions very clearly just say!

well one way you MIGHT be able to do it is use fraps to record it and have a streaming video program send that out, but Im not sure if fraps writes in real time or if it does it in batch.

try googling "real time streaming" Im sure there's some programs out there.... sorry there is or we wouldnt have web cams :p
 
What if i were to do it through my own website?

Cutting out the middle man (justin.tv)
