Do you think this will be ok for streaming HD moving to my TV?

I will be using Servio
I currently have my sisters old PC as a test with i3-2120 utilizing the on board GPU and 8GB ram and to date seems to work fine.
The HD Moving are stored on an external WD Elelments drive
