Streaming software and upload speeds

Hi :)

I'm wondering if its possible to easily setup a camera, stream that to a live feed (website where people can watch) and also have your desktop streamed live.

What software? What limitations? I have a 0.1mb upload speed :/

The more that watch the more demanding it will become yea?

Yea im just streaming justin tv now, its not the best quality.

It's a charity idea, similar to what chris moyles did on radio 1 for red nose day.
 
Yea it would be over 48 hours. Might even ring my ISP and see what they say
