Streaming Video to iPad2?

How would one go about doing this? I have an Xbox360 and a hard drive plugged into my router via usb. Alternatively I could always setup my spare rig to stream aswell or even a laptop.

I think what I'm after is some software no?

from a mac to ipad or ipad2 use airvideo ,,simple and use it anywhere in world to home mac

Air video works a treat. Boxee has just released a free app as well
