streaming videos in xhtml

hey guys, the regular code i use to stream vids in html brings up 30 errors in xhtml strict lol. is there a strict compliant code available? my google search brought up nothing.

One option is to put the video in flash and use Flash Satay: Embedding Flash While Supporting Standards

or swfobject javascript.

much nicer. sorts out eolas as well.

Well, for a start, it's all in caps, which will cause problems with XHTML validation

* You need to close empty elements with '/>', not just '>'. So, your param tags would be <param name="autostart" value="true" />.
* The 'name' parameter is also deprecated in xhtml; you should use 'id' instead. ie: <param id="autostart" value="true">
