I have a laptop with a 970m

I have a PC upstairs with a 1080ti

For games I love to play on my laptop, that struggle with my 970m. Is streaming with low latency possible from PC to laptop?

I don't have a PC workstation or would just game on that, but I love RTS games and my laptop is best

Steam in home streaming is what you're after.

I find it hit and miss, however I've had some excellent experiences with it.

If you have GeForce experience installed on the desktop, try Moonlight: http://moonlight-stream.com/

I found that offers very low latency with good quality when streaming from my desktop to my Surface/phone.
