Given that identical ringlights are available for about half that price it would be safe to assume that they are over-charging for everything else too.

• Desk mounted tripods take up a surprising amount of room. On small desks they can get knocked.
  
  
• Mics attached to the desk need **decent** shock mounts, and/or filters (noise gate, noise cancellation) to dampen keyboard sound. Beware, anyone with mechanical keyboards.
  
• Greenscreen needs even light, and so does the presenter if desk-based. It'll be hard to balance lighting of the presenter against shadows on the greenscreen without a third light source.
  
  
• Pop-up greenscreen is a convenient space saver, but width limits to how far back it can go based on the resolution being captured on the camera, or the crops applied in the capture (e.g. OBS crop).

looks like it will be OK as a starter pack if you want stuff together in one shot and you have money to burn. I'd want a third ring light included for the price of the full kit. Hard to judge the value of the pack without knowing the quality, it looks more solid than the average kit sold on large online stores, though would compare against equivalents from other vendors before buying.
