And so it begins! Could be a good long wait but here's something to start us off.
Exactly. A big countdown on their website, for what we got?It would have been nice for them to show at least a frame of the new game. Feels like a non-event given they were hyping this trailer up.
Then get resurrected and die from disappointment shortly after.oh god, is this another start of a stupid Hype media release schedule. Drip fed tiny morsels until we're so HYPED we die from a heart attack before the game even releases
Excellent stuff. Modern controls are just a way for new players to jump in and and start doing special moves without being handicapped essentially. It seems very beginner friendly and the training modes have tons of features.Just played with the Demo on the PS5 this weekend and had a lot of fun with the character creation bit. I spent probably way too much time making my Avatar look good and almost like an official SF character, pity I won't be able to save it unless I buy the full game also on the PS5 so that the save data ports across. I'm deciding either on the PS5 or PC but leaning towards te PS5.
I will main my usuals. Chun-Li and Ibuki when she's becomes available.
Also, Modern controls are absolute trash. I don't see how anyone would prefer them over Classic controls.
I don't see how classic controls could ever be regarded as not beginner friendly, it's robbing the enjoyment for new comers learning how to pull off these movies. It's part of the reason i lost so much time on SF4Excellent stuff. Modern controls are just a way for new players to jump in and and start doing special moves without being handicapped essentially. That's probably because years of doing quarter circle motions and DP inputs etc. are second nature to you now. For total beginners its not at all easy to do consistently. If it helps players jump in and start throwing fireballs then I'm all for it. They can always learn the system more in depth down the line which the world tour mode seems to do very well. Whiff punishing mini games, weird little pizza games that teach motions etc. It honestly looks amazing.I don't see how classic controls could ever be regarded as not beginner friendly, it's robbing the enjoyment for new comers learning how to pull off these movies.
