Street Fighter IV PC & Xbox 360 difference?

I have both.
The PC graphics are a lot better if you have a decent PC, although the online is dodgy at best in comparison to the 360, as your opponents framerate affects yours, and there is something not quite right about PC online with button inputs being dropped and weird lag spikes that I don't have on the 360.
