Stress and tiredness

Hi guys,

Have any of you guys noticed after awhile of exercising you have more energy, you are not as tired and able to wake up in the morning easily? I've noticed recently that I've been sleeping a lot and am generally very tired throughout the day. I haven't had time to do any excercise but have been busy but now since the summer is coming, I think its time to head to the gym. I was just curious of going to the gym has made a difference in terms of tiredness and awareness?

Any advice is recommended :)
 
Deffo.

Majority of my shifts start at 8am in the morning, and the past couple of weeks (since the weathers been nice) i've been walking in work, rather than taking the car and having an extra 30 mins in bed.

Feel way better at work, and more awake at home after walking back.

I do about 3 8 miles runs a week as well just recently and feel loads better for it.
