stress drive before adding to unraid

Hi i have a samsung ssd that i just bought and would like to stress test it before using in unraid, in truenas i would use badblocks but anything you could recommend before adding to unraid as a cache drive ?

Might be worth having a look at the pre clear disk plugin

From a quick Google it seems that Preclear is only necessary for spinning disks that are being placed into the array. Pre-clearing SSDs looks to be unnecessary.

Unless someone here can help clear that up I would ask on the unRAID form or on the unRAID subreddit. This forum is much more generalised.
