Hi all,

I'm very close to building a new rig in the next couple of days. Would people recommend me with regular stress test softwares and advice me how to set up and run them?

To stress test your CPU and RAM then use Prime95 and perform a blend test with it. To stress test your GPU use Furmark. These programs can be downloaded for free and are self explanatory in terms of using them.

Always keep and eye on temps when stressing. I use CoreTemp for CPU (I hear HWMonitor is good also) and MSI Afterburner for GPU temps.

I hear Furmark is good, so might worth a try.
