Is 3DMark good enough to stress test an ATI FireGL 256 card ?

A friend has one in his dual Xeon CAD PC set-up and he suspects the m/b isn't running the AGP properly.

i'm thinking it may be M/B or even maybe PSU not supplying enough juice ... but I'm not sure off the PSU ampage needed for such a system.
