Hi
At some points during stress testing my Q6600 3.4ghz (+4GB Geil ULL), I hear quite an audible high pitched buzzing noise. Does anyone else get this? Does anyone know the cause?

vibrating caps? I used to have it on my old motherboard, but i have since replaced it and all is fine. It was apparently a known issue with 680i motherbaords, some manufacturers replaced the boards, some didn't. Shouldn't be any cause for alarm if it is indeed vibrating capacitors.

yeah i've had that with a few mobo's. But i have never had a board that had a buzzing noise that was loud, just a very faint buzz and the only time i really heard it.. is when i put my ear near the case. I don't think it's anything to worry about tho, some mobo's are just like that.
