Stress testing with prime 95

What does it mean when I'm stress testing when a core in my core 2 quad drops from 100% to 0?

Has my oc failed?

Yeah that core has errored and dropped out. It carries on with the others but you may as well stop there as you've found instability.

Then put the volts up and try again
