I am currently at 3.7ghz @ 1.52v and trying to get as high as possible.

While stress testing with OCCT I am getting a "display driver has stoped responding and has recovered" error. Temps are fine, highest being 67 deg.

What part of my system is not stable and is making the driver crash?

Have you locked the PCI-E bus at 100? Normally that error is GPU related, but could just be because your CPU is not quite 100% stable.

Try pcie freq at 101, also what are you running on the following voltages, pll, fsb-term and nb. The max reccomended for theese are.

pll, 1.6
fsb-term, 1.4
nb, 1.4

It's at 101.

Mine are
pll, 1.6 -1.8 but changed to 1.6 and will try if theres any difference.
fsb-term, 1.4 1.4 -same in bios
nb, 1.4 1.4 -same in bios

I have seen this error a fair amount when ocing my vid card. If the clocks are too high or it gets too hot the drivers will crash and cut the clock speeds on the card WAY down. I have to restart to get the vid clock speeds back. what cooling are you using?? what are your temps?

This happens only when stress testing the cpu, gfx card is at idle 47 deg.

When I overclock the gfx card and play games I have no issues at all.
