strict NAT

having problems playing COD:BO3 because of a strict NAT, how do i change this on a BLACK sky hub (SR102)

How is configured at the moment? If you aren't using UPnP start by trying it.

yes i was told to enable upnp in windows that did help but now i againn facing the same problem, in windows upnp is now enabled but i have a strict NAT

Who said anything about a console? Either way the relevant question is how is the device (be it console or PC) connected to the hub? It would be unusual for a SR102 to default to strict NAT from personal experience.

i am linked to the SR102 via ethernet cable
