AT 30,000 FEET... you are almost 6 miles (9.7 km's) above sea level. The human body is not made for these conditions. Temperatures can plummet to -60F (-51C), the brain is starved for oxygen and each step is a new experience in pure agony. It's difficult to breathe. It's difficult to think. It's difficult to move. STORYLINE: SURVIVE the SUMMIT ...The rebels are losing the battle against the strider onslaught that keeps growing. To help turn the tide of war you need to destroy the source of the Striders. That source is at the summit of what the rebels call, StriderMountain. There is only one way to get into the mountain geography and it's extremely dangerous terrain. Sounds OK - I'll pop that on my USB stick now and have a bash over the weekend.

I love modders when they do something like that and give you at least something to get your teeth stuck into, before the whole thing comes out!

I think it helps focus the mod better - aimed towards getting it released rather than perfect. I've seen too many promising mods die while awaiting yet another layer of polish....
 
lol I'm not so sure about the teaser trailer, a timelapse of the sunrise and a couple of striders in the fog??? But I'll check it out sometime, cant really judge something that I havent seen.
 
Yeah, there are LOADS of great mods outs there. The mod db top 100 spoils me for choice i have already tried out about 25 mods each of which have been good enough to tempt me back for a 2nd session the next day.
