Striker Extreme (CPU INIT) continuous beep

As the title shows, I am now using a Striker Extreme and after all sorts of problems I am now at this stage.

Once I press the power switch on the case, immediately I hear a high pitched beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep that is continuous until I switch off the computer from the PSU switch. The LCD screen shows CPU INIT all of the time. I know about BIOS beep codes and which to look out for, though the beep is instantaneous and comes on before the BIOS even gets the chance to test the components in the system.

Does anyone have any idea what may be wrong? Searched in Google to little effect.

Tried reseating the CPU?
 
I've just tried reseating things one by one and it only whines when the graphics card is in the PCI-E slot. I am assuming this is dead?
 
I purchased this BFG 8800 GTS 640 from here on 17th January. I understand I can use BFG's own warranty service however I would prefer to use OCUK for this if possible. Can I do this? It seems certain the graphics card has decided to die.
 
Really stupid question i know but did you plug the 6 pin power into the graphics card. I only ask cause i forgot to plug it in one time and it beeped like mad.
