Just getting back into my racquet sports, however having just laid out for a highly recommended racquet, it has been supplied unstrung. Small printed stated this was so.

So, does anyone know where I can get a racquet strung? I used to be able to get it done at a local sports shop, however that closed down a few years ago.

I'd google and find your local racquet sports place i.e. tennis, squash club then give them a visit or a call they'll know who to recommend to string your racquet or there is usually posters on the club noticeboard advertising re-stringing.

Failing that I think there are online services where you can post your racket off to them for restring and then they ship it back which I've seen but never done or myself or known anyone to do it.

A-ha! Found out that my local David Lloyd's have a shop that do it.

I used them years ago for Squash stuff, didn't realise they still existed, and that they do badminton too.
