Strix 1080 TI vBIOS Help needed

I have 2 Strix 1080 TI OC edition graphics cards.
My original one has the GPU voltage at 0000 +0 by default as expected.
The new one has the GPU voltage at 0073 +0 by default.

My first thought was that the vBIOS on the new card had been altered so I copied the vBIOS from the new card using GPU-Z and flashed that to the original card. This has made no difference.
I then flashed the original card with the latest vBIOS for the Strix 1080 TI from Techpowerup which also made no difference.

On all vBIOS flashing, I removed the protection first and was using the latest version of NvFlash (64-bit) Version 5.692

I'm using my cards for Eth mining when not gaming using Nicehash with NBMiner.
After flashing the vBIOS and reinstalling drivers from Nvidia, NBMiner no longer shows my power usage (for EITHER card) and consequently no longer shows my efficiency per watt as it did before.
I've tried completely reinstalling Nicehash to no avail.

GPU-Z is showing all stats including GPU power draw so I can't understand why NBMIner no longer can.

Does anyone have any ideas on either the NBMiner issue or the new cards 0073 power difference?
My original card does have a hotspot which I intend to remedy by reseating the cooler with liquid metal. Could that have anything to do with it?

Thank you in advance for your thoughts.
