strix tacti plus keyboard

does anybody have one of these??

I couldn't for the life of me get the led to stop slowly flashing,i just wanted them on solid.so i went to the asus website and found a update for this keyboard which i downloaded and installed only to find it crash before it finished and now my keyboard will not work at all??

anyone know how to factory reset?? or a fix??

Is there any firmware flashes or updates available for it?

If not then RMA it to us and we will sort you out.

There's one update which i tried but it doesn't even recognize the keyboard now.No other updates/firmwares.

First time ive needed to return something with ocuk..how do i go about it ?

I should add its that update i tried which killed the keyboard..wont be doing that again !!
