Strongest Wireless card?

I'm looking for a strong wireless card as I want to go to a neighbours house to use my connection which is across the road. Does anyone know of a card thats strong enough to do that? or even further?

You can go for several kilometres with wireless, but its the antenna you choose which makes the difference and not the card. The standard antenna isn't going to go to your neighbours I expect, especially being over the road. You can get direction antennas that could be mounted outside, so you need two of those ideally set up pointing to each other.
