They really are apalling at writing software. Is there anyway I can intall their setpoint software for my keyboard only and use decent drivers for my mouse? I KNOW I used to have the option but those clever clogs saw fit to remove it.

Cheers guys.

Had a bit of trouble with setipoint for my G7,had to dig out a old driver to get it to work

[OT rant]

You think that's bad?

Well despite it being available for the best part of 6 months, and Logitech plastering stickers with "Ready for Vista" on the box, there are STILL no G15 drivers for Vista.

This is beyond a ******* joke now.

What they suggest is a bodge around using the XP/XP64 drivers, and in many cases this just leads to crashing and/or incompelete performance.

I thought Creative were bad, hell they're angels compared to this pile of rabble.

Im getting a G15 soon but it will be on xp as vista was nothing but trouble when i installed it. :(

They say on the Logitech forums that drivers are coming end of the month.

If there's nothing ready by 1st May then it's going on the MM.

I also use a Logitech keyboard and mouse and was thinking about buying a webcam from them as well, but due to the amount of software that tends to come with logitech and the uncertainty with Vista compatibility I went for a Microsoft cam which was Vista compatable.
So I put in the software disc and got "this software is not Vista compatible" message. So I had to follow a link and download a 100mb+ download to sort it out!!
Nice one Microsoft, could have had a Logitech and installed their over bloated software instead

i had problems with my mouse - it kept reverting to a lower sensitivity when gaming and you couldnt turn it back up without tabbing out or quitting all together.

I turned off the 'apply game settings' option and its all good now:)
