I'm trying to swap out the power supply on my Shuttle SK22G2 but the 20-pin ATX connector is refusing to come out of the mainboard, and I don''t want to rip out the header itself. Any tips?

There is a little lever to press on which should release the connector - it doesn't just pull off! Make sure you're pressing that down before you pull on it.

Nope, still no luck. Trying to get an X-Fi and an X1600XT into the slots in the Shuttle, but the cards don't seem to want to go all the way in.

Ahh, now this is a common problem. You need to go to a DIY shop and buy a large sledge hammer to make it sit nicely in the slot :)

On a serious note, quit being a fairy and push the damn things :p As long as they are aligned vertically they will go in but they normally need a fair bit of force to go in. On the PCI-E card, make sure the catch is pushed back as that will stop it going in otherwise and make sure you haven't got them caught anywhere :)
