stuck @3.9 0n e6850

dont seen to be able to go past 3.9 on my e6850 runs orthos fine for hours never goes above 63 degrees cpu volts @ 1.45 mem volts @ 2.10 even if i up the core volts and mem volts still fail in orthos and not going anywhere near shut off temps still stays round 63 , even tried 3.95 and still fails put cpu v ref @ 0.63
how would i be able to tell if its memory holding me back or is their anything else i can alter

Try upping Northbridge voltage a little? Run your memory on a divider or loosen timings to see if its the mem holding you back
