Stuck at 2.7 on my Quad

Stable at 2.7 with the rig in sig. Soon as I put it to 2.8 it wont boot into windows.

Increases in vcore voltage dont seem to make any difference and in fact show as 1.39 in everest, cpuz etc when set to 1.4+ in the bios.
Furthermore there are several settings in the bios that I'm not 100% sure of.
Screenies provided. Any suggestions highly welcomed.

Also wondering what the vtt voltage does/is.

Would I be better off with a P35 board over the EVGA 680i to overclock the quad?

No I dont, I'll probably flash it tonight but I dont hold out a lot of hope.
Do you tink any of the bios setting make any difference as screened above?
