Stuck at Crysis 2?

Hi guys,

I'm playing my way through Crysis 2 and I'm stuck at this really annoying bit, where I think it may be the tank starts shooting me like something out of transformers. I killed the man ontop of it and it still kills me... even when I approach it in stealth mode.

I'm no gamer, as you have probably imagined. Any advice on how to get past this annoying bit? I've been stuck for ages.

Shoot the guys, sneak up, use rocket launcher, boom

or go into the compound, get into tank, barge thru wall and boom.. dead either way

You dont need to kill it. just go to the blue waypoint on the map its to the right of the tank on the picture.

Stealth and run round to the area on right I believe. Cant remember exactly but you dont have to try and take it out.

When I follow the blue waypoint it just takes me to a dead end/wall.

Where's this rocket launher you speak of lol?

I picked up a rocket launcher at somepoint, just stealther up and boom, then i found the tank.

From where u are in the pic, turn right, head back a bit and there is a way in to the area

best thing to do is get your goggles on and scan around to find weapons press E when you r sight is over them, you will find the rocket launcher that way

Go to where the tank is, well not near it but close, to the right of your circle, on the right you'll see a large drain type vent, you can climb down there.

Cheers, that's exactly what I was after. I didn't realise you had to hold "F" I figured it out. Just finished shooting the helicopters with rockets... fun

Wow some of you used a rocket launcher?

I just used the empty tank thats hidden behind a wall, got in it, smashed through the wall and then unleashed hell on it!

There should be some C4 in a room at the far end if it's the area i'm thinking of(can't see pics on work system). You can sneak up to the tank in cloak mode, plant the C4(3 packs) scarper and then blow it up. I didn't bother with the other tank other than just head shotting the gunner at the top.
