Cant access your post on the other forum without an account, copy and paste it here, 3080 running 4x is it in the primary pcie-16 slot? asus boards usually support bifurcation you got a pile of other cards in other pcie slots that share lanes with that slot? have you made sure the graphics card is fully inserted in the pciex16 slot?
Share your solution someone else might come across the same problem in the future.
