Stuck between Mobo's :(

Going with an i7 6700k which i want to oc to 4.5ghz.

Motherboards im stuck with and need some advice as to which you think is best

Which comes with free RED Siberia V2 headset..i already have the white one although wouldnt say no to a spare. £140

I don't really care about the free headset..which ones the best?
