Stuck, need help with specs

Hi.

I'm totally lost with all this hardware and by looking at it all and what not is kind of getting me stressed.

I have £400 to build a computer with. I have the mointer/keyboard/mouse/speakers etc.

I also have a 1TB HDD which I will reuse and I have a 64 bit OS.

Please could you spec me a £400 AMD build.

I will use the system to:
*Program applications
*Light gaming
*Multitask a lot (design applications like Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
*Watch HD films
