Your going to have to declare every mod to the insurance company, not worth it TBH

False! The insurance on the wheels will be void. They may attempt to remove the comprehensive part of your policy, however will have to prove that the wheels would have affected you obtaining the policy. They can also NOT remove your third party coverage and so you won't be driving without insurance.
