Stuck on Timeshift

The first large open area, there's a heavy calibre AA gun in the centre, with a large tank in the corner, and another that blasts the gates. There's a X near the static tank, when I go near it the objections change but I cannot find where to go next.

This early on? If so there's a subway infront on the tank through the gates.

Yeah, this really threw me too. I kept trying to figure out how to move the tank. Simply move out to the area where the tank is shooting at you and on the right there is an unbarred enterance to the subway. Youll need to slow time to avoid the tanks line of fire though

I was stuck on that part for so long, I figured I needed to destroy the tank. So I hopped on that turret and fired at him, took a hit, ran away, got back on, for a while and eventually the tank was destroyed.

It was only then I noticed the subway entrance on the right...

Getting awful framerate on outdoor scenes, to be expected? 4400X2@ 2.7ghz, 1900XTX @ 688/792

Stuck again, this time in front of a fast spinning fan in a ventilation system. I think you need to do reverse time and float up, and move onto the ledge? I can't seem to do it though.
