Stuck on Tomb Raider Legend

Im on that boss part where you have to fight that wierd black monster thing and amanda is in the control room, but I cant work out how to get the sword, I pull all the levers then blast those metal things so there is a wall of electric around me but I cant get the sword. I jump on top of that machine but she wont grab it.

You use your clawline to get the sword when the sheild is down

Blast him through the electric current after you have shot them balls, when his health drops get off the machine and use your claw line to grapple the ball above the machine

Were you supposed to kill that monster because I didnt?

Now Im stuck in that bit where the real king aurthurs knights tomb is at, what are you supposed to do when you get out of the tomb bit and into the big area with water and those 4 cages?

you have to shoot the bell next to each cage so that the monster looks at it for a few moments.Then quickly use your grapple on the lever to lower the cage which damages the monster.Do the same for the other 3.

Ok im now on the himiliays (whatever) level and im at the big room with the platform with the fragile door at the other end, but whatever I do I cant seem to break it.

You have to swing across the ceiling of that room to reach the raised level on the other side.
