I've just noticed a dead/stuck pixel on my 3g iPhone. It's only really noticeable on a black screen but now I know it's there it's going to bother me.

It's only 5 days old too. Will o2 replace it for me or am I going to have to return the phone using the 14 day reruns policy?

Well Orange would replace the phone - they allow you to replace/swap your phone if you're at all unhappy with it for the first 7 days, so therefore o2 should. Whether they do I don't know but they should.

I know I haven't given you a definite answer but as no-ones answered you yet i thought i would send you a hopeful response and then ring them up/go into the shop asap in the morning :)

i don't see why it wouldn't apply with that. Apple who make it wouldn't have any qualms replacing it from what I've just read(peeps going into Apple stores) and o2 are in with them on it - why do you think it wouldn't apply to the iphone dealing with o2 direct?

O2 will replace it no problem AFAIK.

I returned my 1st 3G iphone to them for dust under the screen, although I did only have it 2 days. There was no problem at all. Store manager replaced it right away.

Took it into O2 today, the guy was more than happy to exchange it under the '28 day warranty' period.

Walked out with a shiny new iPhone (again lol)
